If you are a fan of my Facebook page...you heard this news already, but for those who don't know.. I am a brand new Boba Ambassador. This is most incredible to me because Boba has been my favorite carrier for the last 2 years. I've tried most carriers on the market right now, and none live up to Boba in my eyes. The fit is perfect for me, and my babies seem to really love being in them too.
I've been using my Boba 2G since I discovered it 2 years ago, but when I became a Boba ambassador I was given the chance to have a Boba 4G.. So of course, I chose the 4G in the Tweet Pattern! How cute is this?
Justin absolutely loves being held. I can barely get anything done without having to hold him so this carrier got a lot of use out of it this weekend while I was able to get household chores done, and tend to all the other kids.
First things first - It has the same great feel as the Boba 2G I have, and is still just as lightweight and comfortable. I can't rave any more about how the fit is with the Boba. It's not big or bulky, and it doesn't fit too far down on my waist where other carriers do and make wearing uncomfortable. It fits just right, and doesn't need any adjusting once on. Justin is only 14lbs so I left the infant insert in it which is just a little pillow - pure genius - He was loving the fact he could see everything and be comfortable.
The infant insert snaps in, and if you don't need it you can unsnap and away you go..
It really didn't bother my back either. Usually babywearing can take a toll on my back with my wrap, but because this is a structured carrier, it has full support and is extremely comfortable to wear. As you can see above, baby loved it too.
It comes with a hood, and a huge plus to me - POCKETS! for carrying things like a cell phone, money/debit cards, anything small you may need to carry on you. The 4G also comes with detachable foot stirrups for an older child, to be carried in complete comfort.
It was very easy to put on by myself. I find sometimes carriers need an extra person to help get them on (maybe that's just me?) but I didn't need any help getting this Boba on or off...
Not only is it perfect for my height, and body it also was a huge hit for daddy. He wore it while he chopped up potatoes in the kitchen and said it was extremely comfortable and wasn't as heavy or bulky as others.
For reference my hubby is 6'2" and he really enjoyed wearing the baby in it. I really can't say enough good things about the Boba, and I've now become completely smitten with the 4G.
If you are looking for a good sturdy, lightweight carrier I strongly suggest the Boba 4G. It comes in some great prints, and beautiful solid colors. Prices range from: $125-$148. A 4G Plus: You don't have to purchase an infant insert separately. It comes with the carrier.
As previously mentioned - The Boba 4G has 12 features, making it one of a kind:
- Removable sleeping hood
- Comfortably fits heights 5'0" - 6'3"
- Waistband range: 25" - 58"
- Additional adjustment for easier fit breastfeeding
- Removable foot straps
- Elastic bands neatly roll up straps
- Shoulder strap holders keep purse in place
- Easily adjustable chest strap
- Uniquely designed to "hug" your child
- Includes Integrated Infant Insert

"The carrier can be used from 7-45lbs. Our ergonomic design, foot straps, and multiple adjustments make this carrier the perfect fit for your entire family."
Looks great! I love how that carrier looks.

Wow that looks like a perfect carrier!!! I love the fact it comes with the pillow!! My ergo sucks compared to this, I hate how it feels around my waist, feels like it's gonna cut me in half. I think I might have to look into one of these!! And I LOVE that it has pockets!!! I hate not having anywhere to put my keys or phone!
ReplyDeleteWoah, that sounds like something I could have used when my babies were little! I'll keep this in mind for my baby wearing friends :-)
